Precautions regarding “English” subject
In the Degree Programs in Systems and Information Engineering, some programs evaluate the score of external English language test as the “English” subject test in some types of selection process. Therefore, applicants who are taking the examination that includes “English” subject must submit one of the following:
===================================
– TOEIC Listening and Reading Test Official Score Certificate/Official Score Report
– TOEFL Examinee (Test Taker) Score Report which is sent to the TOEFL examinee from ETS by postal mail (TOEFL iBT® Home Edition score sheets are also valid.)
– IELTS Academic Test Report Form
===================================
The score sheet must meet all of the following in order to be accepted:
===================================
– Must be the original (copies are not accepted)
– The test date must be after the year and month specified in the application guidelines
– Must have a photo of the examinee printed on it
===================================
If the score is not submitted properly, the applicant will be considered absent from the “English” subject test and excluded from the further selection. Since it takes some time to receive the score sheet after taking the external English language test, we strongly recommend that our applicants apply for the external English language test as early as possible, or request reissuance if they don’t have the required score sheet. For details, please see the application guidelines.

The Degree Programs in Systems and Information Engineering accepts applications online via Web Entry System for Special Selection Process for Recommended Applicants, General Selection Process and Special Selection Process for Working Individuals.
