Precautions regarding English subject (TOEIC/TOEFL)
In the entrance examination of the Degree Programs in Systems and Information Engineering (except in some programs and some types of selection process), TOEIC or TOEFL score evaluation is conducted as an English subject test. Therefore, applicants are required to submit an original copy (Photocopies are unacceptable) of the TOEIC Listening & Reading Test Official Score Certificate/Official Score Report or Examinee (Test Taker) Score Report which is sent to the TOEFL examinee from ETS by postal mail, with their photo. If the score is not submitted properly, the applicant will be considered absent from the English subject test and excluded from the further selection. Since it takes some time for the TOEIC/TOEFL examinees to receive the document after taking the TOEIC/TOEFL test, we strongly recommend that our applicants apply for the TOEIC/TOEFL test as early as possible, if the person doesn’t have the TOEIC Listening & Reading Test Official Score Certificate/TOEFL Official Score Report or Examinee (Test Taker) Score Report with the examinee’s photo, of the test taken after the date specified in the Application Guideline.
* Requirements for English subject and for handling of the TOEIC Listening & Reading Test Official Score Certificate/Official Score Report or Examinee (Test Taker) Score Report differ depending on the program and the type of selection process. For details, please see the Application Guidelines for each program/selection process.
